Nutritional Labeling

As per the Food Safety and Standards (Packaging and Labeling) Regulations, 2011, notified by the FSSAI, the nutritional information is required to be mentioned on the label. Misinformation on labels can attract penalty from regulatory bodies. Correct label fixation is responsibility of every food business operator.
